Kejriwal to take oath as Delhi CM on Feb 16

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal has met Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal in New Delhi. Kejriwal informed Governor that his party got a clear majority in the results and asked him to invite for forming government.
Post this meeting, the media was informed about the swearing-in ceremony. On February 16th, Arvind Kejriwal will take oath as Delhi CM for the third time in a row and once again it will be Ramleela maidan which will host the swearing-in ceremony.
AAP won 62 seats out of the 70 member Delhi Assembly and secured 53.57 percent of vote share. BJP has improved its tally compared to 2015 and has won 8 seats with 38.51 vote share. Congress did not open its account and this is the second consecutive time that the party faced humiliating result.
