HYDERABAD: The Telangana High Court has issued notices to the TRS supremo, Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao. The leader was issued the notices by HC after a voter named Srinivas belonging to Gajwel filed a petition against KCR. He filed the petition against KCR seeking the High Court to disqualify his MLA candidature as the TRS leader mentioned only 4 out of 64 criminal cases in the election affidavit.
On Tuesday, the petition came up for hearing and the court has issued notices to KCR and returning officers. The court ordered them to come up with an explanation in the next 4 weeks. It’s already known that KCR was won as an MLA from Gajwel constituency.
