Delhi Air Quality Remains Poor

At the ITI Jahangirpuri area in Delhi, the AQI stood at a whopping 426, in the ‘Hazardous’, category on Sunday at 9 am.
Meanwhile, in Noida, the Air Quality Index was at 375 near Sector 62, while the AQI in Sector 125 stood at 369. Both under Hazardous’ category.
In what is known as country’s ’most polluted’ city, Ghaziabad, the AQI remained in the hazardous category on Sunday. Near the Anand Vihar area, the AQI was at 373, while that in the Vasundhara area of Ghaziabad was 401.
Going a little further away from Delhi, the Air Quality Index in Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad remained between ‘Satisfactory’ to ‘Moderate’.
