In order to reduce pollution at the Secretariat, CBN’s Government today introduced geo-tagged smart cycles for staff and visitors in the premises at Amaravati. The smart bikes are geo-tagged and can be used in the Secretariat only. The government plans to employ three smart bike stations; one at the gate of the Interim Secretariat entrance and the other two inside the Secretariat. Each bike stations will have 10 bikes. The bikes will be used for moving between different blocks. Employees of Secretariat can use these bikes free of cost while visitors will be charged a nominal fee.
