Coronavirus: Asia’s Largest Slum Dharavi Has 6992+ve cases

No new infections of the coronavirus disease (Covid-19) were reported from Dharavi in Mumbai for the second consecutive day on Thursday as the total confirmed cases from the area remained unchanged at 6,992.
In India, Mumbai is currently the most affected city with a huge number of coronavirus cases, having a mammoth 35767 so far. Which in turn makes Maharashtra state the worst and highest hit positive cases in the country as well.
The latest health bulletin released today suggests that Mumbai’s Dharavi, which is Asia’s largest slum, has reported more than 6992 positive cases.Till date 675 were recovered and claimed 298 lives.
