Boris Johnson Out Of ICU, UK Lockdown Extende
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has been moved back to the normal ward from Intensive care last on Thursday evening. Boris Johnson is in the early phase of recovery and is being closely monitored.
Boris Johnson earlier showed symptoms of coronavirus before getting tested for positive coronavirus on March 26, and he is admitted to hospital and later moved to Intensive care at London’s St Thomas’ Hospital after the symptoms worsened on last Sunday. He did not need ventilator support and he was very much conscious then.
Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab is deputizing for the Prime Minister during the latter’s absence.
Meanwhile, the UK lockdown will continue to extend for more weeks to stop the spread. Dominic Raab says it is too early to lift the lockdown as the deaths reach 7978 with 881 on Thursday.
