12-year boy commits suicide in Hyderabad

A 12-year old school student allegedly hanged himself to death after the private school in which he is studying sent him back to home for not paying the academic fees.

The 7th class boy in Hyderabad came back to his residence on Tuesday afternoon after his school management asked him to leave the campus for unfurnishing the school fee. His family members blamed the school authorities for insulting the little boy over non-payment of fees.

However, the school management issued a statement: ‘The school has never sent back students regarding fee issue. There is no such thing because we usually inform parents over phone if there’s any fee pending.’ The Hyderabad police officials have registered a case as ‘suspicious death’.
